THE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY OF KENYA MINUTES OF THE EVALUATION COMMITTEE PREQUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 2023-2025. The Technical University of Kenya advertised the Prequalification in TUK website and PPIP on 20 th April, 2023 for the Financial Years 2023-2025 with the intention of prequalifying suppliers in various categories. The Ag Director Procurement and Supply Chain Management and the Chairman, briefed the Evaluation Committee on the procedures and requirements to be adhered to in the prequalification exercise. An evaluation committee for Prequalification was duly appointed in line with the Public Procurement and Disposal Act, 2015 and Public Procurement and Disposal Regulations 2022, with a view to evaluate the suppliers who responded to the advertisement. 1 PREQUALIFICATION EVALUATION COMMITTEE The Evaluation Committee carried out the prequalification exercise from 24th May to 29th May, 2023 and the Committee was composed of eight (8) evaluators each assigned a specific identification number as follows: S/NO EVALUATOR NAME DESIGNATION EVALUATOR NO 1 Mr.
