This Standard Request for Proposals (SRFP) has been prepared for use by public entities in Kenya in the procurement of consultancy services and selection of consultants. The SRFP includes Standard form of Contract for Large Assignments and small assignment which are for lump sum or time based payments. A separate SRFP has been provided for selection of individual professional consultants. The General Conditions of Contract should not be modified and instead the Special Conditions of Contract should be used to reflect the unique circumstances of the particular assignment.
