University of Hertfordshire Top-Up Degree Programme Eligibility Guidance If your ultimate dream is to get a degree, you can go all the way with ABE. We have an exclusive partnership with the University of Hertfordshire (UoH), a leading business-facing university and an exemplar in the sector. ABE learners can apply to join the third year Top-up programme if they have: Guaranteed entry route 120 credits at Level 4 (from either ABE or another valid awarding organisation) And • a further 120 RQF credits at either Level 5 or 6 from ABE. We recognise that many learners have different qualification journeys and may have different kinds of achievement which can contribute to a successful application alongside the 120 RQF credits at Level 5 or 6 with ABE. We offer a non standard* application service at the cost of £100 for learners who do not have the standard entry requirements. **We must receive a letter from your employer stating your length of service and role within the company.
