The company takes fish in bulk from the fishermen and sells them on retail. Fishermen sell fish to the company at a general price of KShs 100 per Kg and they can sell on credit. The fish are then sorted by their type, size and quality. The fish are sold according to the quantity, type and quality and the company allows customers to buy fish on credit.
