🌿 Hotel Front Office Team Leader
📍 Nairobi | Kenya
We are a leading 05-Star Boutique Property in Kenya and we believe exceptional hospitality is personal, thoughtful, and consistently delivered. We are looking for a Hotel Front Office Team Leader who shares this philosophy and is ready to lead our front office team with confidence, warmth, and precision.
This role suits a polished hospitality professional who understands luxury service, thrives in a guest-facing leadership role, and enjoys mentoring teams to perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the front office team in delivering refined, personalized guest experiences
• Support daily front office operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, billing, and cash controls
• Actively manage guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and empathy
• Train, guide, and motivate the team to uphold our high service standards
• Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless guest stays
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of systems, including Opera Cloud POS & Symphony (Essential & Non-negotiable requirement!)
Ideal Candidate
• 3+ years’ experience in a senior or supervisory front office role within a luxury hotel
• Proven, hands-on experience with Opera Cloud POS
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
• Passionate about genuine hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Available to work all days and all shifts
• Legally eligible to work in Kenya
