Benefits Administration Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a Benefits Operations Associate to support our benefits reconciliation and data accuracy processes. This role is fully operational and involves reviewing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining updated information across systems. You will collaborate closely with the Benefits team to ensure smooth and accurate benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile benefit invoices and identify discrepancies. Resolve issues in PRISM and insurance carrier websites. Keep Smartsheet updated with accurate, real-time information. Support Benefits Assistants and Specialists as needed. Manage Customer Portal cases and tasks. Communicate with POCs and Brokers to resolve questions or discrepancies. Generate PRISM reports to validate client data. Meet minimum performance indicators.
Requirements
Advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking). At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Intermediate accounting knowledge. Strong data analysis and research skills. Excellent time management skills.
