Role Overview

The Social Media Administrator supports the execution of social media and blog content across multiple company brands. This role focuses on content creation, publishing, consistency, and audience engagement while learning practical social media management, content marketing, and brand execution in a real business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
• Assist in managing social media accounts across assigned brands
• Create, schedule, and publish social media content under guidance
• Monitor engagement, comments, and basic audience feedback
• Ensure consistency in messaging, visuals, and brand tone

Blog Content Support
• Assist in writing, editing, and publishing blog content
• Repurpose blog articles into social media posts and captions
• Support content calendars and publishing schedules

Brand & Content Execution
• Apply brand voice and tone guidelines across social and blog content
• Support campaigns, announcements, and content launches
• Assist with content research, ideation, and trend tracking
• Ensure content aligns with internal guidelines and platform policies

Education Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Additional short courses or certifications in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or Branding are an added advantage
• Strong written English skills (blog writing, captions, basic editing) are required

• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Portfolio, personal blog, or managed social media pages (academic or personal projects acceptable)
