Operational Excellence Coordinator Job (130K-150K)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Implement and update training curricula and schemes of work under guidance of the department Manager and in alignment with industry standards and feedback.
Monitor and report on Student attendance, engagement and performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
Conduct regular evaluations of training spaces to ensure high standards of safety, lighting, cleanliness and equipment readiness.
Participate in research and innovation initiatives to enhance training methodologies and industry relevance.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of NITA grade 2 Certification in Painting & Decorating, Construction Trades or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in painting and decorating, with hands-on expertise.
Minimum of 8 years in the construction sector.
Experience in vocational training, adult education or coaching is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of industry safety regulations, materials and finishing techniques
Strong instructional and facilitation skills for both practical and theoretical training.
Ability to train in both English and Kiswahili.
