Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Team Manager located in Nairobi. The Assistant Team Manager will support the team in daily operations and oversee assigned tasks to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include coordinating team activities, providing guidance to team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring targets are met. The role also involves contributing to strategic planning and problem-solving to optimize team productivity and outcomes.
