Project Manager / Operations Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote)

We are hiring full-time, outside the US, with a preference for candidates based in Colombia or the Philippines. Strong overlap with US business hours is required.

Humans Unplugged is a human-centered qualitative research and strategy studio. We work with brands and agencies to uncover unspoken human truths and translate them into clear, grounded strategy.

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager / Operations Coordinator to support client delivery and help bring structure to how projects and operations run day to day.

This is a remote role and a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a more senior operations or project management position over time.

The role:

- This role focuses on execution, coordination, and operational support across active client projects.

- You will work closely with the founder and senior collaborators to keep projects moving, communication clear, and timelines on track. You will be expected to manage your own workload independently and communicate proactively.

What you will do:

- Support delivery across multiple client research and strategy projects

- Keep timelines, tasks, and project documentation organized

- Prepare client updates, notes, and follow-ups

- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and handovers

- Support onboarding of new clients once projects are sold

- Track leads, proposals, and handover into delivery:

- Maintain and improve simple project and operations systems (Notion, ClickUp, etc.)

What we are looking for:

- Experience supporting projects in an agency, consultancy, or service-based business

- Strong organization and attention to detail

- Clear, professional written communication in English

Comfort working with structure, deadlines, and accountability:

- Ability to follow direction and also think one step ahead

- Interest in growing responsibility over time

- Experience with research, strategy, or agency work is a plus, but not required.

Time and availability:

- Full-time role

- Remote

- Minimum 4–5 hours overlap with US business hours required

Compensation:

$2,000 USD per month (full-time contract role)
