I am seeking a qualified Social Media Manager to complete Phase 1 setup and optimization for a legacy-building, real estate–focused personal brand.

This brand centers on:

Real estate education

Legacy & generational wealth

Homeownership strategy

Financial literacy

You must already be experienced with Content Creator / Professional account access.

Non-compliance with platform requirements will result in immediate termination.

Phase 1 Scope (Required)

Optimize and prepare the following platforms to be fully content-ready:

Facebook (Professional / Creator access required)

Instagram (Professional / Creator access required)

YouTube (Creator Studio required)

TikTok (Creator tools required)

X (Twitter)

Optimization includes:

Profile and banner setup

Bio / About section aligned with legacy and real estate messaging

Platform settings optimized for creators and educational content

Confirmation that each platform is content-ready

Budget & Contract Terms (Non-Negotiable)

Hourly contract

Total Phase 1 budget capped at $200 USD (hard cap)

Weekly and total hour limits enforced

Work-for-hire (all work owned by client)

Phase 2 considered only after successful completion

Mandatory Requirements

Experience with Creator / Professional accounts

Familiarity with Meta Creator tools, YouTube Studio, and TikTok Creator features

Ability to follow platform rules exactly

Clear Work Diary documentation via Upwork
