What You’ll Be Doing
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies
• Build and manage diverse, high-quality talent pipelines
• Present top candidates to specific accounts
• Share labor market insights to guide recruitment decisions
• Participate in coaching and mentoring to sharpen your sourcing edge
What You Bring
• Experience in recruitment, BPO industry, headhunting, and cold calling
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus!)
• Analytical mindset and proactive approach
