Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time position based in Nairobi for the role of Security Guard. Responsibilities include maintaining a secure environment, providing a visible security presence, monitoring access to premises, and ensuring the safety of individuals on-site. The Security Guard will also provide excellent customer service, assist with inquiries, and respond promptly to emergencies or suspicious activities. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company protocols are integral to this role.

Qualifications
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and exceptional Customer Service abilities to interact courteously and professionally with clients and the public.
• Proficiency in Physical Security practices and knowledge of Private Security protocols to safeguard property and people effectively.
• Expertise in Personnel Security practices to monitor and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
• Ability to remain alert, detail-oriented, and act promptly in high-pressure situations.
• Basic understanding of emergency response procedures is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in private or public security roles is preferred, but not mandatory.
