Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide feedback on layout, navigation, and overall user experience
• Complete structured questionnaires related to usability and design clarity
• Follow instructions for each assigned research or testing activity
• Submit accurate observations through digital forms after completing evaluations

Required Skills and Experience:

• Access to a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone with internet connection
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions carefully
