With a strong foundation in place and profitability at the unit level, Ando is now entering its next phase of growth — including expansion into new cities and verticals, and preparation for Series A fundraising.

At the core of this journey is building a high-performance, disciplined, and scalable organisation — and this is where the HR & People Operations Manager plays a critical role.
