Role Overview

The Recruitment Analyst plays a critical operational role in ensuring a seamless candidate journey from offer stage through onboarding. This role is responsible for managing candidate onboarding, coordinating and expediting background checks, maintaining consistent candidate communication, and ensuring efficient handling of recruitment distribution channels.

The Recruitment Analyst ensures compliance, timeliness, and high-quality candidate experience while supporting recruitment velocity and operational continuity.

Duties & Responsibilities

Onboarding (Candidate Onboarding)
• Facilitate end-to-end onboarding for successful candidates
• Issue recruitment agreements and ensure completion of required documentation
• Track pre-employment requirements (IDs, government identifiers, compliance documents)
• Coordinate onboarding timelines to ensure class readiness
• Ensure candidates are fully cleared prior to training start

Background Checks
• Liaise directly with background check vendors to ensure timely processing
• Track and monitor background check turnaround times (TAT)
• Proactively follow up on discrepancies and clearance delays
• Ensure candidates provide required documentation and HR confirmations
• Maintain compliance standards before offer confirmation
• Escalate high-risk or flagged cases appropriately

Candidate Communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates post-offer
• Provide timely updates throughout recruitment and onboarding stages
• Address candidate inquiries regarding documentation, timelines, and requirements
• Ensure professional and consistent communication aligned with Athena standards
• Reduce candidate fallout through proactive engagement

Distro Email & Inbox Management
• Manage recruitment distribution emails
• Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner
• Route requests appropriately to relevant stakeholders
• Maintain organized tracking of communications

ATS & Documentation Management
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date ATS records
• Track candidate status movements
• Maintain onboarding and background check logs
• Support reporting on clearance status and onboarding metrics

Reporting & Coordination
• Provide regular updates on onboarding progress and background check status
• Track clearance rates and onboarding readiness per cohort
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively propose solutions

Relevant Experience Required
• * 2-4 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, onboarding, or compliance

College Graduate with relevant degree
