SALARY & COMPENSATION: The base salary for this position is KES 50,000 plus commission, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.

Role Description
The Admission Representative (French & English Speaking) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the application process, provide personalized support, and match applicants with suitable academic programs. Daily responsibilities include assisting with inquiries, managing admissions, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining strong relationships with both students and institutional partners.
Qualifications
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Excellent Communication skills in both French and English (bi-lingual proficiency required).
• Customer Service and Sales experience, including the ability to address inquiries and provide tailored solutions.
• Training experience and the ability to guide and mentor students throughout the admissions process.
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, attention to detail, and familiarity with international education processes.
• Relevant experience in education consultancy or admissions is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, Diploma or Higher National Diploma in a relevant field and a passion for international education are highly desirable.
