Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, building relationships, and closing sales to meet set targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining in-depth product knowledge, addressing client queries, providing after-sale customer support, and contributing to the team’s overall sales strategies to drive growth. Regular reporting and market trend analysis will also be a part of the role.
Qualifications
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and handle objections professionally
• Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis
• Knowledge of sales tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technology
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
• Previous experience in sales or a similar role is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with the local market in Nairobi County is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
