Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Financial Advisor, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Senior Financial Advisor will be responsible for guiding clients in financial planning, life insurance solutions and investment management to help them achieve their financial goals. The role involves developing tailored financial plans, providing expert advice on insurance and risk management solutions, and evaluating clients' financial needs to recommend appropriate products and services. Building strong relationships with clients and staying updated on industry trends will be essential.
Qualifications
• Experience in Financial Planning and Retirement Planning, with the ability to develop customized strategies for diverse client needs
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Investments to guide clients in managing their assets effectively
• Proven expertise in Financial Advisory services, including the ability to provide sound, ethical advice to support long-term financial goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Analytical skills and attention to detail to assess financial data and provide precise recommendations
• Relevant financial certifications and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and experience working in the financial services sector is an advantage
• COP will be an added advantage.
