Health Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Health Specialist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing health programs that promote well-being. Day-to-day tasks include providing occupational health evaluations, implementing health promotion activities, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure the highest standards of care and support.

Qualifications
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with diverse individuals and teams.
• Expertise in Occupational Health principles and practices.
• Knowledge and experience in Medicine, including diagnosing and managing health conditions.
• Proficiency in Health Promotion strategies to foster awareness and preventive care.
• Relevant professional certifications or licenses in health or medical fields.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Public Health, Medicine, or related fields.
• Attention to detail, ability to handle sensitive information, and to maintain patient confidentiality.
• Previous work experience in or familiarity with healthcare systems in Kenya is an advantage.
