Executive Summary

RBW is seeking a part-time Creative Branding Consultant to elevate our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Klaviyo. You will translate our "Sustainable by Design" mission into high-impact content that resonates with the architectural specification market.

This role focuses on balancing our technical expertise with a witty, approachable brand voice to drive engagement and support a rapid product launch calendar.

Strategic Options
• The Narrative Specialist: Focuses on storytelling around our B Corp status and designer collaborations to build long-term brand equity.
• The Performance Creative: Focuses on high-frequency, conversion-optimized Klaviyo flows and LinkedIn thought leadership to drive immediate B2B inquiries.

The Role

We are a NYC-based, B Corp certified decorative lighting manufacturer. We need a partner to manage:
• Daily Social Content: 1x bespoke post for LinkedIn and Instagram, tailored to each platform’s unique audience.
• Email Marketing: 5–8 strategic newsletters per month designed and deployed via Klaviyo.
• Campaign Support: Developing creative assets for new product launches, designer spotlights, and sustainability initiatives.
