We are looking for a reliable outbound cold caller to support our sales team. This is a long-term, hourly role focused on cold calling, qualifying leads, and booking meetings. Your primary goal will be to engage decision-makers, introduce our services, and set up follow-up appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to handle objections effectively. Experience in lead generation or sales is a plus. Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to businesses (call lists provided)
Follow a provided call script
Ask qualifying questions
Book qualified meetings or pass warm leads
Log all call activity in our CRM
What we provide:

Clear weekly call targets
Ongoing work (not a short-term project)
$7–$9/hour USD to start (based on experience) + performance bonuses after onboarding
Requirements:
Previous cold calling or outbound sales experience
Clear spoken English
Comfortable making 75–100+ calls/day
Reliable internet and quiet calling environment
Available during U.S. business hours
Tools and Set Up:
Reliable internet + quiet workspace
Headset + modern computer
Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot / GoHighLevel / Close / etc.)
