Sourcing Manager – Talent Acquisition (Nairobi, Kenya)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to lead our Talent Acquisition operations in Nairobi, ensuring efficient resource utilization, strong cost control, and alignment between hiring demand and pipeline capacity. This role acts as the operational strategist, translating business goals into actionable hiring plans, productivity frameworks, and sourcing strategies. The manager will oversee multiple verticals—including Sourcing, Talent Screening, Pipe Building, and Head Hunting—to deliver cohesive recruitment outcomes across Kenya and support U.S. market hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage overall hiring performance across TA units (Sourcing, Talent Screening, Pipe Builders, Head Hunters, Call Center).
• Monitor and optimize Cost per Hire (CPH), ensuring financial efficiency and maximizing ROI.
• Ensure optimal utilization of marketing and sourcing inputs, minimizing lead waste and improving conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Directors, Sales, and Workforce Planning teams to align hiring projections with real demand.
• Oversee daily operations, staffing allocation, and headcount distribution to ensure SLA compliance, quality, and volume delivery.
• Develop and mentor Team Leads and Supervisors, reinforcing accountability and operational discipline.
• Provide operational reporting and insights to support executive decision-making.
• Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities to strengthen delivery consistency.
• Ensure best practices in Kenyan and U.S. recruitment standards, candidate experience, and funnel management.

Skills & Qualifications
• Experience: 7–10+ years in Talent Acquisition, Operations, or Recruitment Delivery.
• Team Management: Proven success managing large-scale teams (80–100+ FTE) across multiple sourcing functions.
• Expertise: Strong background in recruitment operations, with knowledge of Kenyan labor market and U.S. hiring standards.
• Leadership: Demonstrated success driving operational improvements, leading managers/supervisors, and managing complex delivery environments.
• Core Competencies: Strategic thinking, operational discipline, executive communication, and ability to deliver measurable results.
