We aren't enthralled with patting ourselves on the back everyday, but it does feel good :)The Role:Our expectation of the role is that you will become an expert on the Prompt platform in order to provide support and process implementation to the enterprise billing clientele who use Prompt. You will work with both third-party billing organizations who provide billing services for Prompt clients as well as in-house billing teams. You play an essential role in driving the overall success of our clients by helping teams implement best practices and  find creative solutions to meet their unique needs. You will take on challenges as needed meeting with clients of all sizes where escalated issues arise, reporting or accounting expertise is required, or various other needs surface.Key Responsibilities:Onboard enterprise billing teams to train their entire RCM staff on billing best practices and support their smooth transition onto the platformAssist sales as needed on the sales cycle for enterprise prospectsAssist in teaching submission, posting, invoicing, AR, etc best practices on Prompt to enterprise teams, and teams of other sizes as needs ariseHave a deep knowledge of Prompt Reporting, Industry Accounting and AR practices, and understanding of Excel and data analysis functionsProvide reporting training to teams of all sizes, particularly in the areas of accrual accounting, AR reporting, and RCM KPI dataSupport client accounting and finance teams in learning to obtain necessary reporting from the Prompt reporting suiteHave a deep knowledge of the full  revenue cycle and a baseline understanding of the role EDI/ERA plays. Build relationships with enterprise billing teamsUnderstand unique team needs to help configure and develop workflows with their new EMR/PM systemDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively respond to incoming customer inquiries across our single-channel support systemPromote customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding each customer’s unique (and evolving) needs, delivering value, and exceeding expectationsProvide guidance and expertise to billing success managers and interdepartmental partnersMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, OR a professional certification (CPA, CFA, or similar); relevant experience may be considered as a substitute.Must have 5+ years in the medical billing industry, PT/OT/SLP experience is strongly desiredMust have experience working in or with enterprise sized RCM companies with 100 or more therapists preferably in a success role or RCM leadership role2-3 years minimum of RCM leadership experienceMust have a solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts Strong technical skillsHighly Proficient in MS ExcelUnderstanding and learning software is a passion of yoursPossess strong written and verbal communication skillsReady to embrace a fast-paced environment, with occasional requirements to work beyond standard hoursPrepared to grow quickly into your role and take on greater responsibilities as neededAble to work independently with minimal direction and oversightPerks - What you can expect:Competitive salariesRemote/hybrid environmentPotential equity compensation for outstanding performanceFlexible PTOCompany-wide sponsored lunchesCompany paid disability and life insurance benefitsCompany paid family and medical leaveMedical, dental, and vision insurance benefitsDiscounted pet insuranceFSA/DCA and commuter benefits401kComplimentary subscription to digital fitness classes and wellness contentRecovery suite at HQ – includes a cold plunge, sauna, and showerHere at Prompt, we are committed to fostering a fair and respectful work environment.
