Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive to drive growth in the US market. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing opportunities with small and mid-sized companies, especially those with high hiring volumes and HR automation needs. This role is ideal for a hunter with experience selling SaaS, HR technology, or enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities


Prospect and generate pipeline through strategic outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)


Qualify and consult with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and business owners to understand hiring challenges


Deliver compelling demos that showcase the value of Careerswift.ai, tailored to each client’s workflow


Close new business deals and meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets


Manage sales process from discovery to contract signing using CRM tools


Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and implementation teams to ensure customer success


Provide market feedback to help shape product enhancements that address real user needs



What You’ll Sell


AI-driven recruitment automation solutions that:


Automatically screen candidates using context-aware AI


Conduct AI-powered interviews


Improve quality of hire and reduce time-to-hire


Integrate with existing HR workflows and job boards





Qualifications


3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in HR Tech, ATS, recruitment automation, or related enterprise software


Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment


Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills


Experience working with HR decision-makers (CHRO, VP/Director of Talent)


Comfortable with outbound prospecting and CRM-driven sales process


Excellent communication and presentation skills


Self-motivated, results-oriented, and team-focused
