 Experience: 5+ years of work experienceNon-agency / large companies: Working in roles related to Presentation Designer, Creative Head / Creative Direction relatedAgency: Presentation Designer, Sr. Graphic Designer, Sr. Visual Designer, Creative Director/ HeadThe candidate must be an excellent conceptual designer and a master at creating bulletproof presentation decks and templates in PowerPoint A strong work ethic, agility, and the ability to work under pressure are necessary for this role A portfolio which shows excellent presentation work is required5+ years of experience designing presentations for enterprises in line with corporate brandingMust have expert technical knowledge with latest versions of PowerPoint including creating slide masters, designing for various output media (projector, monitors and print-outs), object animations/transitions, embedding video, etcExpert level proficiency with Adobe CC applications: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesignAbility to translate complicated concepts into clear and compelling visual narratives (infographics, animation, icons, charts, data visualization)Ability to format content and typography at a professional levelKnowledge of process to implement brand guidelines and manage consistency across all marketing assetsHigh personal standards for quality, able to ‘proof-read’ own workManage & execute multiple projects at once, efficiently meeting deadlinesAbility to handle tight deadlines in a fast paced environmentAct as a champion of brand standards and guidelinesPositive Attitude; receptive to creative direction and design feedbackExcellent written and verbal communication skills
