The Role
This is a strategic marketing role.
You must be comfortable moving between:

Emotional nuance and analytical clarity
Brand narrative and conversion logic
Creative intuition and measurable outcomes
Working in a small team
Overseeing multiple growth strategies and avenues

We believe emotion drives action — but data sharpens it.We test hypotheses.We refine based on signal.We build systems that compound.
You should be able to understand not just what is working, but why.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Because we are boutique, you will work across the full marketing system:

Clarifying positioning rooted in behavioral insight
Mapping customer journeys with intent
Designing structured nurture logic
Supporting SEO and authority strategy
Implementing lean automations
Using digital tools and technology to improve research, ideation, and execution
Running structured growth experiments
Interpreting performance data and surfacing insight
Presenting findings and recommendations to our clients, when necessary

You should be comfortable launching a test quickly — and improving it methodically.
This role is for people who love moving quickly, with precision
