Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Global Wellness Expert based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. The Global Wellness Expert will develop and implement health and wellness plans, provide personalized guidance to clients, and support corporate wellness initiatives. Daily responsibilities include conducting fitness assessments, creating wellness programs, offering consultations, and ensuring excellent customer service and communication with stakeholders to promote a culture of well-being.

Qualifications
• Expertise in Health & Wellness and Exercise Physiology is essential.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities are required to engage with diverse teams and clients effectively.
• Experience in providing excellent Customer Service in a wellness or health-related environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with health promotion, lifestyle coaching, or behavioral change strategies is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications or a degree in kinesiology, health sciences, or a related field is desirable.
