As part of our Product Innovation & Growth Division, the UI/UX Developer will work closely with cross-functional squads — including Product Managers, Developers, and Data Scientists — to design exceptional digital experiences for our AI-powered platforms.
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the usability of our applications. This role involves creating wireframes, conducting user research, collaborating with engineering teams, and translating business needs into beautiful, functional digital experiences.
The UI/UX Developer will report to the Head of Product Innovation & Growth and will be part of a squad that includes Product Managers, Frontend/Backend Developers, and Data Analysts.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver high-quality user interfaces for AI-driven products and digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX into final products.
• Work with the Product Innovation & Growth team to maintain consistent design systems and branding across platforms.
• Apply user-centered design principles to solve complex problems and deliver elegant solutions.
• Continuously iterate and improve designs based on feedback and analytics.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in agile squads and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• 5 years experience working as UI/UX developer.
• You must demonstrate a Portfolio of your works
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• 100% Delivery of UI/UX Tasks within agreed sprint timelines.
• ≥95% Usability Rating in post-deployment user feedback surveys.
• Reduction in User Support Tickets related to interface issues by at least 20% within 6 months.
• On-time Collaboration with developers to meet release deadlines.
• Design Consistency Score of ≥90% in internal audits.
