Role Description

This full-time on-site Salesperson role will be located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, presenting tailored financial solutions to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. The role requires a proactive approach in driving business growth and maintaining a keen understanding of market trends.

Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals effectively
• Experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy
• Market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and develop actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills applicable to client presentations and proposals
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
• Understanding of financial solutions, investment structuring, and emerging markets, particularly in Africa
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in financial services, consulting, or sales within an international or emerging markets context is a strong advantage
